The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 280 "An                     
Act establishing the Afognak Island State Park" and recommended                
it be replaced with                                                            
                                                                               
	CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 280(JUD), entitled:                                    
"An Act relating to state parks, marine parks, and                            
recreation areas and establishing the Afognak Island
